En esta ocasión les traemos todos los discos de Rata Blanca en descarga directa.
Rata Blanca es una banda argentina de Heavy metal en castellano, Power metal, Metal neoclásico y hard rock formada en 1986 por Walter Giardino tras su partida de V8 en 1986.
Viendo que el panorama de la música pesada en Argentina estaba en sus peores momentos y no había propuestas que respondiesen a sus intereses musicales, decide grabar un demo con temas de su autoría para presentarlo al exterior. La grabación tuvo lugar en los Estudios Buenos Aires; los músicos que participaron junto a Walter Giardino fueron: Gustavo Rowek, Rodolfo Cava y Yulie Ruth de Alakrán. Grabaron cuatro temas “Chico Callejero”, “Gente del Sur”, “Rompe el Hechizo” y “La Bruja Blanca”, tres de los cuales se incluyeron luego en el primer álbum de Rata Blanca.
En Octubre de 1988 salió a la venta el primer álbum de Rata Blanca, homónimo, superando las expectativas y agotando sucesivas ediciones (20.000 copias en los primeros 7 meses ). El tema de difusión “El sueño de la gitana” prendió entre el público no metálico, mientras que “Chico Callejero” sería el himno de los primeros años de la banda.
En 1989 el tecladista Hugo Bistolfi se unió a la banda .Y Saúl Blanch se fue alegando “falta de democracia a la hora de las decisiones”.Fue reemplazado por Adrián Barilari, quien se reveló como el cantante más apto para la propuesta del grupo a través de los años.
